Laditos

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Privacy questions or deletion requests: privacy@laditos.ai

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Laditos provides AI-assisted conversations and tools that help people find information and request available local services. Our territory-specific assistants, called amigos, include Poncho and Fuegui. Availability and capabilities differ by territory. Naming an assistant or territory does not mean that a public service or government integration is available there.

This policy describes how Laditos AI, Inc. (Laditos, we, us) handles personal information through our WhatsApp assistants and related Laditos websites and operations tools.

Privacy contact: privacy@laditos.ai

Mailing address:

Laditos AI
PO Box 1092
Summerland, CA 93067

Where a public agency or service provider determines how information is used for its service, a territory-specific notice will identify that organization, its contact details, and Laditos’s role. Its own privacy notice may also apply. This policy does not establish a government partnership or replace a provider’s notice.

2. Information we receive

Depending on how you use Laditos, we receive and store:

  • Contact and account information: your WhatsApp phone number or messaging identifier, profile name when supplied by WhatsApp, preferred language, and information you choose to tell us about yourself.
  • Conversations: messages you send, our replies, message timestamps, delivery information, and information extracted from the conversation.
  • Media: supported images and voice notes you send, together with extracted text or transcripts. For example, an image of a bill may contain your name, address, account details, and charges.
  • Saved memory: useful personal details and preferences from your conversations, such as your stated name, area, language, or appointment preferences. The assistant can save these without asking separately each time. Saved details may be incomplete or incorrect.
  • Service records: where a feature is enabled, the service requested, selected provider, relevant locality, requested time, request details, status, reminders, and operator notes.
  • Technical and administration information: message and request identifiers, processing events, errors, model usage, performance measures, and administrator account and activity records. Website and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, browser information, and access logs.

If optional advertising features are introduced and you opt in, we may also collect the limited commercial preferences, offer interactions, and choice records described in section 3A. These are separate from general conversation memory and public-service records.

We receive location information if you provide it in a message or other supported input. Contacting us on WhatsApp does not, by itself, give Laditos continuous access to your device’s GPS location. A place mentioned in a request is not necessarily where you live or where you are currently located.

You can choose not to provide optional information. If information is necessary to answer a request or provide a particular service, withholding it may prevent us from completing that request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card or bank-account numbers, full identity-document numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we use information

We use information to understand and respond to your messages; provide relevant local information; process supported media; maintain conversation context and saved preferences; manage available service requests and requested reminders; provide support; investigate errors or misuse; protect the service; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We also use operational records to understand service demand, request status, response delivery, reliability, and AI usage. Reporting may combine statistics within a territory or across the platform. Statistical reports and underlying identifiable records are different: the existence of aggregate reporting does not mean source records are anonymous.

Where consent is required for a particular use or disclosure, we request it through the relevant service flow. This policy is a notice, not blanket consent to every future feature or disclosure. Requesting information does not by itself subscribe you to optional promotional messages.

3A. Optional advertising and personalized offers

Laditos may offer optional personalized commercial recommendations, sponsored listings, and advertising for Laditos or participating businesses. This section describes the limited uses we may introduce. We will explain an advertising feature and provide the applicable choices before starting to use your information for it. This notice does not, by itself, enroll you in advertising or authorize a new use of past conversations.

Eligible information. With your separate opt-in, we may use your chosen non-sensitive commercial interests, preferred language, broad area such as your city or province, and interactions with optional commercial listings or offers to select and measure relevant advertising. A non-sensitive preference you deliberately provide in a commercial conversation may be used only for the advertising purpose explained to you. We do not treat all conversation history, saved memory, or service records as advertising data.

Information excluded from advertising. We do not use or disclose the following for advertising selection, audience creation, optimization, or measurement:

  • Medical or health information, disability, genetic or biometric information; financial circumstances, income, debts, bank or payment details, or credit and consumer-report information.
  • Racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or affiliations, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, sex life, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, or criminal records.
  • Precise location or movement history; passwords, identity-document numbers or images, or similarly sensitive identifiers.
  • Confidential government or public-service records, benefit applications, case details, or information collected solely to handle a public-service request. We do not reuse information held on behalf of an agency or another provider for our own advertising.
  • Information about children or other people mentioned in your messages. We do not provide personalized advertising to people we know are under 18 or whose adult eligibility for that feature has not been established. This does not set a minimum age for general Laditos services.

These exclusions also cover inferred characteristics, segments, labels, scores, and other proxies derived from excluded information. Removing names, hashing identifiers, or combining records does not make an otherwise excluded targeting use permissible.

Separate choices for separate uses. Personalizing offers inside Laditos, receiving promotional messages, and sharing information for advertising on another platform are separate choices. You may accept one and decline the others. Declining or withdrawing advertising consent does not reduce access to general information or public-service assistance. Sponsored placements will be identified as advertising and will not determine public-service eligibility or priority.

Advertising outside Laditos. If we introduce advertising through another platform, we will identify the provider, the information to be shared, its purposes, and the relevant privacy and transfer information before asking for a separate opt-in. Subject to those choices and the platform’s rules, eligible data may include a contact identifier you provided with permission for audience matching, permitted commercial-interest segments, and interactions with optional commercial offers. Hashing an identifier does not make it anonymous. We do not upload raw chats, voice notes, images, service records, or excluded information to advertising tools. Data supplied by WhatsApp or Meta remains subject to its source-specific restrictions; receiving it through a messaging interface does not give us unrestricted advertising rights.

We do not sell personal information for money or supply resident contact lists or profiles to participating businesses for their independent marketing. A separately authorized disclosure to an advertising platform may nevertheless be classified as advertising-related sharing or a sale under some privacy laws; any such use remains subject to applicable notices and choices. Advertising providers may have their own processing purposes, which we will explain for the selected integration rather than describing every provider as acting only on our instructions.

Your controls. You can decline personalization, withdraw a previously given advertising choice, request access to your advertising information, or request removal from advertising profiles and audiences without charge by contacting privacy@laditos.ai. Any enabled advertising feature will explain its available preference and unsubscribe controls. We will stop the affected future use, remove your information from relevant active advertising audiences we manage, and instruct relevant providers to act as applicable. We may retain a minimal record of your choice to honor it and meet applicable obligations, not to target you. Withdrawal does not undo disclosures already lawfully made or guarantee removal of ads that other organizations select independently. Essential service and privacy communications are separate from optional promotions.

4. AI processing and memory across amigos

No model training by Laditos. Laditos does not use your personal information to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models. This includes your messages, images, voice notes and transcripts, saved memories, service-request details, and responses generated for you. Using information to answer a request, maintain conversation context, or save preferences is different from training a model.

Laditos uses third-party AI services to generate responses, interpret images, transcribe voice notes, and help find information. Relevant messages, recent conversation context, saved memories, and service details may be sent to these providers to perform those tasks. Public-information searches may also be processed by external search providers. Advertising choices do not authorize Laditos to use your information for model training.

Saved personal memory and language preferences are associated with your messaging account and can be used by other Laditos amigos you contact. Conversation history and service-request records are organized by territory. Shared memory does not mean that every local service provider receives your conversations.

AI can make mistakes, including in transcripts, remembered facts, and answers. You may ask what the assistant remembers, correct a detail, or ask it to forget. Forgetting removes the relevant active memory and excludes earlier conversation context from future prompts; it does not automatically erase stored conversations, media, service records, or audit history. Section 8 explains how to request broader deletion.

5. Who can receive information

Information may be accessible to:

  • Authorized Laditos personnel who operate the platform, support users, investigate issues, or handle service requests. This can include reviewing conversation content and associated records.
  • WhatsApp/Meta and technology providers that deliver messages or supply hosting, databases, media storage, authentication, AI processing, search, and related operational services.
  • The relevant public agency or service provider, when a service flow actually involves that organization and sharing is necessary and appropriately authorized. The service notice should explain what is sent and to whom. A demonstration request does not establish a live provider connection.
  • Authorities or other parties where disclosure is legally required or otherwise lawfully necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protect rights and safety.

If an optional external advertising integration is introduced, the identified advertising provider may receive only the information authorized under section 3A. That section explains the separate choice, exclusions, and limits on sharing. Participating advertisers do not receive resident contact lists or profiles for independent marketing under this policy.

WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Messages delivered to Laditos are processed by Laditos and its providers; WhatsApp’s messaging protections do not mean that Laditos cannot access messages you send to our assistants. External websites and providers linked in answers have their own practices.

6. Storage, international processing, and security

Information may be processed outside your province or country by Laditos and its technology providers.

We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information. No online system is completely secure.

7. Retention

Messages, media, transcripts, saved memories, service records, and operational logs may have different retention needs. Retention depends on the purpose of processing, an open request, applicable legal duties, and any justified need to retain limited records.

As of this policy’s effective date, asking the assistant to forget is not a full-record deletion function. Deleting a chat from your own WhatsApp app also does not delete Laditos’s copy. Where a record must lawfully be retained following a deletion request, we will explain the reason and the applicable retention requirement.

8. Your choices, rights, and deletion requests

You can stop using an assistant, block its WhatsApp number, ask it to correct or forget active memory, and contact us to exercise applicable data rights. Blocking messages is different from deleting data or cancelling a pending service request.

To request access, correction, an update, or deletion, contact privacy@laditos.ai with the subject “Laditos privacy request.” Identify the WhatsApp number used, including country code, the relevant amigo or territory if known, and what you want us to do. Please do not include medical details or identity-document images in your initial request.

We may need proportionate verification that you control the account or are authorized to act for its user. We will explain any additional information needed, the action taken, or any lawful reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled. We cannot delete records independently held by WhatsApp or an external service provider, but can identify the appropriate contact where applicable.

Advertising access and removal choices are described in section 3A; access to information held for advertising purposes is free, and you may request removal or blocking at any time.

For requests covered by Argentina’s Law 25.326, access requests generally must be answered within 10 calendar days, and correction, updating, or deletion handled within five business days, subject to applicable legal conditions. For other access requests, access is free at intervals of at least six months, or sooner where a legitimate interest is shown. You may complain to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP): https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip/datospersonales/derechos.

9. Health information, children, and service-specific notices

Laditos is not an emergency service. General assistance is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please do not send medical records or unnecessary health information in general chat. If a supported health-related service requires personal information, the relevant notice must explain its purpose, responsible organization, recipients, and applicable choices before collection. Do not submit real patient information into a demonstration service.

The advertising-specific adult restriction in section 3A is separate from eligibility for general information or particular public services.

An authorized parent, guardian, or representative may contact the privacy address about information relating to a child or represented person. Applicable verification and legal requirements will apply.

10. Website cookies and administrator accounts

The operations console uses essential authentication cookies and administrator account information to control access. Hosting systems may retain technical access logs.

If advertising cookies, pixels, or similar tracking are introduced, we will first explain the technologies, providers, data and purposes, and offer the required controls and consent choices. Section 3A applies; excluded service or sensitive information must not reach advertising tools through page addresses, event names, parameters, or other tracking signals.

11. Changes and contact

We will publish updates at the policy URL and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for material changes or new processing purposes.
